Colliers first met Logicgate when they were at 1871 having just finished their Techstars programs. We were able to find them a very short term, plug and play sublease in River North. When that term expired, they were starting to line up their next round of funding and needed more space but only for about 10 months. We were able to triple their size and secure that short extension. The week after moving into their expanded space we were already touring for the next option. The funding came in as expected and we were able to secure this space convincing the landlord to provide enough concessions (despite keep the term to only 5 years) to build, wire AND furnish the space for $0.00 out of pocket by the Tenant. It can hold about 100 people and will be a great place for Logicgate to continue to grow their team.
